In this role, you will :
- Lead UI / UX design initiatives, ensuring cohesive and engaging user experiences across web and landing pages.
- Act as a senior design resource, guiding the team while maintaining alignment with an existing FTE lead.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to optimize system integrations and usability.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to refine design solutions and enhance the user journey.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure design consistency and feasibility.
- Maintain brand standards while innovating user-centric solutions that improve engagement and usability.
- Utilize industry best practices to drive design excellence and modern UI / UX methodologies.
- Effectively communicate design rationale and insights to leadership and technical teams.
