In this role, you will:

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gain insights into user behavior and preferences.
• Develop user personas, user flows, and journey maps to inform design decisions and enhance the user experience.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability testing results, and data analytics to continuously improve the user experience.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team.
  

Who You Are:

• 3 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficient in Figma and user-centered design; basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Business preferred, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Adaptability, communication, collaboration and teamwork.
• Problem-solving & design thinking.
• A user-centric mindset.
• Attention to detail.
• Creative and analytical approach.
• Understanding of interaction design principles.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
