This is a hands-on leadership role where you will take full ownership of event execution, working directly with clients, sales teams, and setup crews to bring event visions to life. What You’ll Do:
- Lead event setup crews, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Work closely with clients, sales teams, and vendors to align on event details and expectations.
- Act as the main point of contact on-site, solving problems and ensuring smooth execution.
- Oversee and participate in the installation of event furnishings, staging, dance floors, kitchen equipment, lighting, and draping.
- Manage event logistics, ensuring seamless deliveries, setups, and breakdowns.
- Drive and operate large box trucks and/or trailers for equipment transport.
- Maintain inventory organization and ensure all items are accounted for.
- Work directly alongside your team, setting the pace and leading by example.
- Represent Centric Events with professionalism, positivity, and reliability.
What You Bring:
- Experience in event setup, logistics, project management, hospitality, or production (preferred but not required).
- A background in event coordination, team leadership, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong ability to multitask, delegate, and stay composed under pressure.
- Physical ability to lift 50-100 lbs. and work indoors/outdoors in various conditions.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Comfort operating pickup trucks, vans, and box trucks.
