Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse & Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial to our company's growth, offering opportunities for promotion within as little as six months for the right candidate. The Warehouse & Fulfillment Specialist will be responsible for various tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and Processing:
- Unload, inspect, and accurately document incoming shipments.
- Sort and organize products in the warehouse.
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Order Fulfillment:
- Pick, prepare, and pack orders for shipment.
- Ensure orders are accurately and timely fulfilled.
- Warehouse Organization:
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Arrange products systematically for easy access and inventory management.
- Equipment Operation:
- Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Quality Control:
- Inspect products for defects or damage.
- Ensure all outgoing shipments meet quality standards.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members to achieve warehouse goals.
- Assist in other areas as needed, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
