Job Summary :
As a PMO Director at Centric Software, you will play a key role in executing and overseeing the PMO Transformation initiatives for North America. This position offers the flexibility of working primarily from home, with some travel expected for customer visits or team events across the NAM region or globally. You will report directly to the Vice President of Client Services, North America. Centric Software is the leading PLM solution for fashion, retail, footwear, luxury, outdoor, and consumer goods companies, and this role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a close-knit, motivated team within a growing company.
Your role will involve developing strategies, roadmaps, and policies, driving key initiatives, and collaborating with senior stakeholders. You will have strong autonomy and credibility, with the opportunity to contribute your expertise to both project and organizational success. Remuneration is based on your seniority and experience, with the chance to evolve and grow within the company as you take on increasing responsibility and challenges.
Job responsibilities :
- Oversee governance of Centric Software's key customer accounts in North America, ensuring successful C8 PLM implementation projects.
- Work closely with the Centric Project Manager to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
- Manage project escalations within Centric and with the customer, resolving issues proactively.
- Attend Project Steering Committee meetings to provide strategic oversight and guidance.
- Collaborate with Centric Presales and Sales teams to draft and maintain service offers (SOW) and ensure compliance with contractual commitments.
- Manage client expectations, ensuring alignment with Centric's obligations and deliverables.
- Participate in Business Requirements Gathering workshops and support project team coaching as needed.
- Contribute to application design and ensure adherence to best practices in C8 PLM configuration.
- Consolidate new product requirements and work with Centric R&D to define delivery targets.
