The Manager of Business Growth Strategy is responsible for mapping and driving the overall growth strategy of the company. This includes focus on acquiring new and retaining and building upon existing customer relationships, expanding into new market areas and optimizing key business metrics related to the overall growth of the company using various tactics such as marketing, sales, customer offerings, or partnerships.
Open to flexible work schedules working fully remote or hybrid but must to able to travel up to 25-50% of the time. Looking for someone to be near the following locations:
- Mid-Atlantic region
- Texas
- California

Our Manager of Business Growth Strategy contributes to the team by:
- Identifying and analyzing growth opportunities utilizing market trends, customer data, and competitor insights
- Establishing strategic initiatives to achieve revenue growth
- Establishing and executing on strategies to increase customer base, revenue, and profitability of the company
- Defining measurable objectives with key results that align throughout the organization
- Communicating and collaborating with the Leadership Team and across teams to ensure alignment on goals and priorities
- Effectively lead across functions and actively guide, manage and hold teams accountable to successfully execute defined strategic initiatives
- Presenting to Leadership and recommending key growth initiatives
- Responsible for developing and maintaining strategic initiatives to support year over year growth
- Responsible for managing and maintaining project plans and documentation to enable successful collaboration
- Ability to build a business case to support strategic growth initiatives
- Utilize customer feedback to ensure that strategy aligns with the needs and goals of key customer base
The core components of success are (i.e. must haves):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business – preferred
- 10 years’ experience in the workplace
- At least 3 years’ experience in business strategy or change management roles
- Ability to develop strategic go-to-market plans in conjunction with the overall corporate strategic plan
- Business and commercial acumen
- Ability to assess the business needs associated with change and ensure that they are communicated and implemented to minimize disruption to the business where possible
- Prior success rapidly learning and adapting that learning to drive customer focused solutions

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000-$140,000 bonus benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location and expectations during the hiring process. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, commission, or benefits.
