Centrillion is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join the Information Technology group.
Responsibilities :
- Set-up, configure, upgrade, and maintain laptops, and desktops
- Experience with Active Directory - creating new accounts, resetting passwords and other basic maintenance tasks
- Basic understanding of networking (IP addressing, DHCP, DNS and basic network troubleshooting)
- Assist in administering firewalls, routers, and smart switches
- Application support, including general account creation, password resets, installation, and general troubleshooting
- Manage telecommunication service and support mobile and desktop telecommunication devices
- Proactively monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot issues
- Manage VPN Services
- Train users in use of equipment and solve user problems
- Enforce computer and network use policy
Requirements :
Full-time or part-time both options are available.
The pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $25 to $30 per hour. The pay ultimately offered may vary based on objective considerations, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
