The Energy Infrastructure Project Leader will oversee the management of specific utilities projects, ensuring completion within budgetary, regulatory, and time constraints.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assuming responsibility for assigned services and activities related to the management of specific utilities projects.
- Participating in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities.
- Identifying opportunities for improving service delivery methods and procedures.
- Directing, coordinating, and reviewing the work plan for utilities project activities.
- Drives capital projects in the annual program to completion, achieving scope, budget, and schedule targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or construction management.
- Minimum five years of experience in project management, including two years of supervisory responsibility.
- Proven ability to prepare and administer program budgets and cost estimates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
