The successful candidate should be an independent, solution-oriented individual who is skilled in networking concepts to engineer solutions in highly complex network ingress/egress architecture both on prem and within the cloud.  We offer excellent benefits and work life environment in vibrant downtown Portsmouth, NH.

Work Location: Onsite - Portsmouth, NH

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Sales team to introduce CleanINTERNET to our customers. You will help prospective, existing customers, and partners understand the power of our products.
• Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, identify customer technical objections, and develop a strategy to resolve technical blockers.
• Manage the technical relationship with customers including managing product, solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of additional technical resources.
• Work with customers to demonstrate and prototype product integrations in customer or partner environments.
• Provide process guidance and support to the Sales team for procurements, including scope of work development, RFPs, RFIs, etc. when needed.
• Understand customer network topology at ingress and egress points, develop Visio network diagrams of customer networks, and assist in evaluating network flows.
• Design, document, and deploy cloud and on prem network technologies.
• Troubleshoot and maintain implementation of network solutions.
• Deploy security appliances in customer network environments.

Requirements:

• Relevant practical experience or bachelor’s degree in an engineering field
• Five years of experience with listed responsibilities or degree in IT/Networking is preferred
• Certifications CCNA, CompTIA Network are a plus
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, good judgment, problem solving and resolution skills, specifically with networking technology
• Comfortable working directly with customers and across company departments
• Excellent interpersonal communications skills and willingness to be a team player.
• Must posses in-depth expertise, critical thinking, and the ability to handle complex situations within the fields of LAN/WAN/VLAN, switched and routed architecture, proactive services and remediation
• Solid understanding of current information security challenges and solutions
• Being self-motivated and having a 'whatever it takes' attitude to perform in a high growth environment with dynamic job responsibilities.
• The ability to think strategically and develop/execute corresponding objectives.
• Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.

Additional Qualifications:

• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Participate in occasional on call rotation
