Location: 132nd & Pacific St. (Headquarters)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

What You’ll Do:
- Championing Member Success: Be the go-to person for our business banking members, guiding them through account origination, maintenance, and treasury services.
- Relationship Builder Extraordinaire: Create and nurture long-lasting relationships with our business banking members.
- Compliance Guru: Ensure our processes are smooth, accurate, and always on point with regulations.
- Problem Solver: Resolve member issues like a pro, working across teams to deliver timely solutions.
- Team Collaborator: Support business lending activities and work hand-in-hand with the Treasury Management Specialist to wow our members with tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage BSA/AML alerts and investigations, documenting findings and ensuring confidentiality.
- File Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs), and respond to compliance inquiries.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance regulations and best practices.
- Support fraud initiatives and assist with audits and examinations.
Who You Are:
- Financial Savvy: A bachelor’s degree in a related field, or 5 years of financial services experience
- Customer Service Magic: You’ve spent at least 2 years dazzling clients in business banking or treasury management.
- Tech Skills: You’re no stranger to banking systems and tools to navigate our members through.
- People Power: You communicate like a pro, whether it’s with a member, a team, or a vendor.
