Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven and dynamic Account/Sales Executive to join our sales team. In this B2B/enterprise-focused role, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with key enterprise-level clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth for our outsourced contact center solutions. You will engage with senior decision-makers, understand their unique business needs, and lead them through the sales cycle—from initial outreach to closing large, complex deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Acquisition & Sales Development: Research and target prospective enterprise-level clients across various industries who could benefit from our outsourced contact center services. Use a variety of outreach methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social selling, to generate and develop new sales opportunities.
- Client Engagement & Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to senior-level executives, understanding their unique customer service challenges, and positioning Centris’ solutions as a strategic fit to enhance their business operations.
- Sales Strategy & Proposal Development: Craft customized, strategic proposals and presentations for large, complex organizations. Lead discussions with C-suite executives and other decision-makers to secure buy-in and close deals.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-organized CRM system to track sales activities, manage a robust sales pipeline, and ensure timely follow-ups. Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance targets.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with the sales leadership team and other departments to ensure seamless transitions from sales to implementation and continuous client satisfaction.
- Industry Knowledge & Growth: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and the evolving offerings at Centris to effectively communicate our value proposition to enterprise clients and remain competitive.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven success in an Account Executive, Sales Executive, or similar B2B/enterprise sales role, particularly in a solution-based sales environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships and negotiate at the senior executive level.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable managing complex sales cycles and enterprise-level accounts.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce) and sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Ability to understand the business needs of large organizations and propose customized, strategic solutions.
- Highly organized with a focus on closing deals and driving business growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience selling outsourced services, particularly contact center solutions, to enterprise clients is a plus.
- Knowledge of the customer service outsourcing industry and the unique challenges faced by large organizations with in-house support.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with enterprise sales cycles.
