Repair Technician

We are seeking a Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have You will be responsible for the inspection, repair, and maintenance of complex systems and machinery.

Responsibilities:

• Work on heavy, high-speed rotating equipment, including dismantling and inspecting rotating assemblies.
• Maintain all safety standards and ensure a safe work environment.
• Perform various physical and mechanical duties as assigned.
• Move, secure, install, build, load, or unload materials as required.
• Conduct machine disassembly, inspection, report generation, reassembly, and installation of equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair rotating equipment and associated systems.
• Perform specialized tasks that may require on-the-job training.
• Load and unload equipment safely and efficiently.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts and overhead cranes.
• Use both heavy and light equipment effectively based on job requirements.
• Clean, stock, and supply designated work areas.
• Perform and document routine inspections, quality control, and maintenance for specified equipment.
• Provide and use personal hand tools as required for tasks.
• Execute other duties as assigned to support operational needs.

• Experience in the repair and maintenance of large motors, pumps, generators, and other rotating equipment.
• Experience in truck and auto repair.
• Hands-on experience with heavy, high-speed rotating equipment.
• Familiarity with electrical wiring and basic plumbing is a plus.
• Proficiency in operating forklifts, overhead cranes, and other relevant machinery.
• Ability to create detailed inspection reports and follow maintenance protocols.
• Familiar with tool usage such as torque wrenches, drills, taps, and presses.
• Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and operating heavy equipment.
• Provide your own personal hand tools.
