Electro-Mechanical Technician

We are currently seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our team.
Duties & Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electromechanical equipment, including but not limited to motors, generators, transformers, and control systems
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery to identify and address potential issues before they become critical
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical malfunctions, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize equipment performance and efficiency
- Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics to understand equipment specifications and configurations
- Perform regular testing of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Calibrate and adjust machinery components to maintain accuracy and efficiency
- Document all maintenance and repair activities, including parts replaced, work performed, and equipment conditions, to maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other technicians and departments to share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or in Electro-Mechanical technology is preferred
- 5 years of experience as an Electro-Mechanical Technician or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and mechanical components
- Must have the ability to use diagnostic tools, meters, and hand tools effectively
- Must have the ability to diagnose PLC and HMI programming for Allen Bradley control systems and VFDs
- Must have the ability with programming skills with ABB, Siemens, Automation Direct, Modicon, or Turck systems is considered a plus
- Solid understanding of safety protocols and regulations in an industrial setting
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with relevant software and computerized systems used in electro-mechanical maintenance is a plus
- Pre-employment background check & drug screening required
Location: Kenosha, WI
Hours: Monday – Friday: 6 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
