** This is an on-site part-time job with set hours of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, from 8:30am to 5pm. **

CENTRL Office is a locally-owned flexible office space provider, with locations in Washington, Oregon and California. We provide high-end, full service, collaborative workspace solutions for teams and individuals.


We are currently seeking a part-time Community Associate for our location in Capitol Hill. This person will assist the General Manager with maximizing efficiencies in the location, providing unparalleled customer service, creating and maintaining an extraordinary sense of community, and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the space.

What you’ll do:


You’ll be working with the General Manager to support day-to-day operations, enhance member experience, build community, and provide the highest level of hospitality to our members and guests.


  • Assist General Manager with opening and closing the location Tuesdays, Wednesday, and Thursdays
  • Cover the front desk during shift hours
  • Greet and direct members and guests
  • Answer phones
  • Book meeting rooms
  • Assist with member onboarding
  • Draft and send member communications as directed by General Manager
  • Assist with mail and package distribution
  • Maintain kitchens including the refilling dish soap and hand soap, refiling paper towels, cleaning and organizing refrigerators, etc.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of conference rooms including the restocking of supplies, preparing tables, resetting chairs, and emptying trash
  • Assist General Manager with staging vacant offices and resetting offices after move-outs
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of common spaces including resetting and straightening furniture and decorative accessories, removing trash, spot cleaning
  • Manage Coffee Service including making coffee, refilling tea boxes, sugar, cups, and cleaning airpots
  • Maintain inventory of PPE, cleaning supplies, and kitchen and office supplies
  • Keep printer stations stocked and organized


What we’d like to see:


The Community Associate has a key role in the member experience and is an integral part of the location team, and the CENTRL Office team as a whole. An upbeat disposition and willingness to get your hands dirty will go a long way in this position. We’d also like to see the following:


  • In-person customer service experience required
  • Office experience highly preferred but not required
  • Hospitality experience preferred but not required

Rate: $20/hr


* This role does not have the option of being remote.
