Pursues and maintains the development of a diversified customer portfolio of industry leading OEMs whose rotational molding needs, quality focus and business philosophies provides a suitable match to Centros business mission, sales and customer diversification goals, and production capabilities.

Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique plastic manufacturing needs.
- Technical Solutions: Collaborate with our engineering team to develop customized plastic solutions that address client challenges and objectives.
- Presentation: Deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals that showcase our capabilities and value.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Customer Support: Provide ongoing technical support and assistance to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or similar areas of study.
- Proven experience in technical sales.
- Strong understanding of plastics manufacturing processes and materials preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- A customer-centric mindset and a passion for solving client challenges.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
