Your Impact
As a member of our Front of the House support team you are integral to our customer experience. You know that even though Centro Restaurant Group focuses on fast-casual dining, service is still a key component of our atmosphere; an atmosphere felt with energy, heart, and dedication. As part of our support team you will:
- Come to work as your authentic self, ready to support your team
- Greet guests and guide them through our ordering process
- Take orders table-side and at the host stand
- Run food and drinks
- Assist with takeout orders
- Clear and clean tables
- Prepare the restaurant for service
- Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant before, during and after each shift
- Work collaboratively with our team as a whole to improve both guest and employee experiences
