- 2 Years Culinary experience

Your Impact
Serving as CRG’s Lead Line Cook you will be a consistent leader on our Back of the House team and collaborate with the Kitchen Lead to ensure effective operations, food quality, and safety and sanitation standards. Duties of the Lead Line Cook include but are not limited to:
- Serving as a reliable employee who upholds standards and a positive attitude
- Keeping kitchen areas clean and implementing safety and sanitation standards
- Assisting with new employee training and coaching
- Overseeing kitchen service in the absence of a Kitchen Lead
- Overseeing proper kitchen opening and closing procedures in the absence of a Kitchen Lead
- Aiding in refires, modifications, and meeting promised ticket times
- Regularly testing for food quality and consistency
- Collaborating with the Kitchen Lead to solve problems that arise and seize control of issues in the kitchen
- Acquiring a deep menu knowledge including but not limited to ingredients, plating, and allergens
