Your Impact
As CRGs Store Lead, your core responsibility will be to create and maintain a positive environment for both staff and guests. As Store Lead 2 you will help manage labor costs, enforce policies and procedures, and supervise all hourly staff.
Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to :
Supervision : Assist in the supervision of all hourly staff and create team buy-in through
Guest Experience : Maintain CRG hospitality standards through
Daily Operations : Streamline storefront operations through
Leadership : Role-model leadership daily through
