We are looking for Operations Interns who will gain experience working with the Operations team on multiple projects in a manufacturing environment. This is a full-time (40 hours/week) paid internship for the Summer 2025 semester and is based at Weasler Engineering in West Bend, WI.

We are looking for Operations Interns who will gain experience working with the Operations team on multiple projects in a manufacturing environment. This is a full-time (40 hours/week) paid internship for the Summer 2025 semester and is based at Weasler Engineering in West Bend, WI.
Responsibilities
- Develop standard work documentation, cycle-time analysis, walk patterns, etc.
- Support key capacity improvement initiatives
- Help advance the CentroMotion Operating System, including LEAN, 6S, and Visual Management.
- Update time studies, build TAKT bar charts, Auto Cad layouts, and Capacity Analysis
- Student of Junior or Senior standing, working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Ability to thrive and be part of a fast paced environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point) required.
- Ability to effectively interact with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and time management experience.
- Ability to handle confidential materials with discretion and accuracy.
- Willing to be located onsite at Weasler Engineering in West Bend, WI.
