Duties and Key Responsibilities :
The duties of the Field Service Engineer (FSE) include :
- Providing system service during shift, site visits or assignments.
- Leading installation, repair, maintenance and testing tasks on site.
- Diagnosing faults or technical problems and identifying appropriate solutions in
accordance with company and customer procedures.
Travel : Travel will be primarily within North America, occasional travel to themanufacturing facility in Germany may be required.
Primary Responsibilities :
Meet and exceed customer expectations.Provide telephone support to customer technicians to facilitate resolution of hardwareand software issues.
Training of customer operators and maintenance personnelCreating timely and detailed service reports.Documenting processes.Following all procedures and protocols submitted by the company.Collaborate with the technical team and share information within the organization.Understanding customer requirements and making appropriate recommendations / briefing.Building positive customer relationships.Ihr Profil
Requirements :
Proven field sales experience with engineered products.Knowledge of the semiconductor industry and processes desired.Background in mechanical and / or electrical engineering.Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules.Desired : college degree, technical degree or certification.Must have a valid driver's license and be able to work in the US.Please consider : In accordance with U.S. federal law, all individuals hired must verify their identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the Employment Eligibility Verification Form required at the time of hire.Benefits
