Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads to drive HVAC system sales.
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and recommend solutions.
- Develop strong relationships with residential and light commercial clients.
- Stay informed on HVAC products, services, and industry trends.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and financing options.
- Meet and exceed sales goals through strategic outreach and client engagement.
Requirements:
- Sales experience required (HVAC sales experience preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage leads efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
