Licensed Practical Nurse | Contract Position | 05-Weeks Assignment
- Location: Shepherdstown, WV 25443
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $756 - $864
- Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Provide essential medical care under RN and physician supervision
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status
- Administer prescribed medications and injections
- Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, and daily living activities
- Maintain accurate documentation of care and treatment
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Follow infection control protocols and healthcare regulations
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Current and valid LPN licensure.
- BLS Certification (Basic Life Support)
- Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience in a healthcare setting (required)
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Ability to assist patients with mobility
Travel & Local Considerations:
- Candidates outside a 50-mile radius qualify for travel pay.
