Key Responsibilities :
- Patient Care : Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in multiple units, including ICU, CCU, and Emergency Departments.
- Assessment and Monitoring : Continuously assess patient conditions, interpret vital signs, and respond to changes promptly.
- Collaboration : Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Documentation : Accurately document patient information, treatments, and responses in electronic health records.
- Patient and Family Support : Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families during critical health situations.
