Job Details:
- Shift: 12hr Night; 7PM - 7AM
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $2160 - $2448
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to assigned patients.
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist with diagnostic tests and analyze results.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-discharge care.
- Follow hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Experience: 1 years of Med-Surg RN experience. Experience with Meditech charting system
- Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS).
Travel & Local Considerations:
- Candidates outside a 50-mile radius qualify for travel pay.
