Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
- Provide mobility assistance by helping patients move in and out of beds, chairs, and wheelchairs.
- Maintain patient hygiene and comfort.
- Report any changes in patients' physical or emotional conditions to the nursing staff.
- Assist in the preparation and transportation of patients for treatments or exams.
- Ensure a clean and safe patient environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in New Jersey.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to detail.
