We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse - Unit Manager for a 10-week travel/contract assignment in beautiful Pembroke, North Carolina. Both local and travelers are welcome to apply.

- Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
- Weekly Pay: $2,080 – $2,400
- Manage daily operations of the nursing unit.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff.
- Oversee patient care delivery and implement care plans.
- Conduct patient assessments and ensure high-quality interventions.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Active North Carolina RN License.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
- 3-5 years of clinical experience, including at least 1-2 years in a management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
