Duration: 13 Weeks
Hours: 36 hours/week guaranteed
Pay: $1080 $1244/week
Shift: 12-Hour Days (7:00 AM 7:00 PM)
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects.
- Assist with patient assessments, including vital signs, and document patient information accurately.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
Requirements:
- Valid LPN or LVN license in New York State.
- Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- 1 3 years of experience as an LPN.
- Experience Type: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required; LTC-only experience not sufficient
- BLS Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Travel & Local Considerations:
- Candidates residing 60 miles from the facility are eligible for travel pay.
