Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations to assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients improve their ability to perform daily activities.
- Utilize therapeutic techniques to enhance motor skills, coordination, and sensory processing.
- Provide education and training to patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and adaptive techniques.
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in New Mexico.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Previous experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting preferred.
- Strong skills in patient assessment, clinical interventions, and communication.
