Roles And Responsibilities
- Assess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders.
- Develop personalized treatment plans and provide therapy services.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and advocate for patients' needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and promote prevention and wellness.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP).
- State licensure and optional certification through ASHA.
- Strong clinical and communication skills, empathy, and cultural competence.
- Commitment to ethical practice and professional standards.
