Unit: Inpatient
Shift: 10 Hours; Days, 1 to 2 weekends per month preferred, 2/3 holiday coverage required
Schedule: 72 hours per 2 weeks period

Position Requirements
- Must have 2 years of true hospital pharmacy experience of like size (250 census) – Required
- Must have experience with Vanco AUC dosing
- IV pharmacist/compounding pharmacist – Highly preferred
- AZ Pharmacist license – Required
- AHA BLS Certification - Required
- AHA ACLS Certification – Preferred
- IV pharmacist/compounding pharmacist – Highly preferred
- Common Duties/Job Requirements/Skills: Decentralized pharmacist role
- All Pharmacists at the facility are generalist- must have flexibility to go where needed.
- Inpatient setting
- EMR: EPIC, Lexicomp, Baxter IQ
- Medication Dispensing System: Omnicell, Central pharm robot, and carousel, Omnicell XT cabinets, Omnicell Controlled Substance cabinet.
- Position will have unit/department-specific orientation: One NEO, one clinical ed/EPIC, one day floor.
- Position will be supported by Pharmacy Techs
