- Location: Rio Rancho, NM, 87124
- Assignment Length: 6 Weeks
- Open to: Local & Travel Candidates
- Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (12-hour night shifts)
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekly Pay: $396 - $504
As a Travel CNA, you will play a key role in supporting patients and assisting nursing staff by delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
Duties Include
- Deliver hands-on care and assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, feeding, etc.).
- Take and document vital signs, promptly report changes to nursing staff.
- Foster emotional comfort and support for patients.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment.
- Work closely with nurses, DON (Director of Nursing), UM (Unit Manager), scheduler, and other healthcare professionals to ensure top-notch patient care.
- Be ready to float to LTC (Long-Term Care) or Skilled Nursing units as needed.
- Communicate effectively with the nurse on duty, supervisors, and the entire care team.
- Act as a team player — ready to jump in, help teammates, and support residents.
- Exhibit a “can-do” attitude, reliability, and professionalism at all times.
- Active CNA license.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of recent CNA experience.
- Valid BLS certification.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and adjust to new environments.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
