Job Title: RN Supervisor | RN Supervisor

Location: St. Johnsbury, VT 05819

Pay Rate: $58/hr

Duration: 14 weeks contract

Guarantee Hours: 36

Shift: 7AM-7:30PM

Note: This is an RN weekend supervisor positon. Every Saturday and Sunday are required and one day during the week usually being Wednesday, along with some holidays. Taking the cart when needed (call outs/shifts not being able to be filled on weekends) is also a requirement for this position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage nursing staff, ensuring high standards of patient care and compliance with regulations.
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the nursing team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and care plans.
• Monitor patient care and ensure adherence to care plans and regulatory standards.
  
  

Requirements

• Valid RN license in the state of VT.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
