Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage nursing staff, ensuring high standards of patient care and compliance with regulations.
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the nursing team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and care plans.
- Monitor patient care and ensure adherence to care plans and regulatory standards.
- Valid RN license in the state of Delaware.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
