Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 10 years as Senior Mechanical Superintendent on large aerospace/manufacturing/industrial projects.
- Skills: Strong background in HVAC, plumbing, and process piping systems; adept at reading and interpreting drawings and specifications.
- Computer Proficiency: Experience with Procore preferred.
- Additional Experience: Preferred experience in clean room and semiconductor projects.
- Oversee and coordinate subcontractor work for HVAC, plumbing, and process piping installations.
- Ensure QA/QC of installations and adherence to safety and integration with other trades.
- Manage schedules and prepare/review reports on installations, including equipment start-up and commissioning.
Salary : $100,000 - $160,000
