Urgent Need: Full Time - Director of Rehab (DOR)

We are seeking a Director of Nursing for a Travel/Full Time position in MA. Accepting both local and traveler candidates.

Location: Pittsfield, MA 01201
Pay rate: $80,558-$92,560/yearly
Duration: Full time
Shift: 8:00 AM : 4:30 PM
Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday

• Preferred Disciplines: Physical Therapist (PT), Speech Therapist (ST)
• May Consider: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

(Only for US Citizens)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs for the department.
• Supervise and provide leadership to rehab staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
• Manage departmental budget, resources, and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid state and therapist license (PT, OT, or SLP) and proven experience in rehabilitation management. "Required"
