Job Title: Permanent Assistant Director of Rehab (ADR)
Location: Lebanon, NH 03766
Pay rate: $40.00/hr - $43.00/hr
Duration: Full time
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Guarantee Hours: 40
Days: Monday - Friday
(Only for US Citizens)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Rehab in managing daily operations of rehabilitation services.
- Supervise and support a team of therapists (PTs, OTs, SLPs) to ensure quality care.
- Implement and monitor policies, procedures, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Develop and coordinate patient care programs, ensuring optimal outcomes.
- Oversee staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and training.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
- Manage documentation and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role in rehab services.
- Licensure: Active state license in NH (or ability to obtain).
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
