Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Federal Way, WA 98003
Payrate: $42/hourly
Duration: 22 Weeks Contract
Guarantee Hours: 37.5 Hours/ 7.5 in a day
Facility Type: School
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' health problems and needs.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans.
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions.
- Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
- Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients’ responses and conditions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ASN) or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).
- License: Valid RN license in the state of WA.
- Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Experience: Varies by position; typically 1-2 years of nursing experience.
12 yr old male, no trach or vent. Degenerative neuro condition, seizures, g-tube, Hoyer lift, PRN 02, suctioning, emergency meds, will ride the bus- Illahee Middle School
Hours worked beyond 7.5 per day or 37.5 per week require pre-approval from the district. Hours worked on a day without student attendance also require pre-approval. Reporting hours and location vary.
