Position : LPN / LVN Medical / Surgical (Nursing)

Location : Binghamton NY 13903

Duration : 13 Weeks Contract

Guaranteed Hours : 36

Payrate : $45 / hr

Shift : 12hour Night

Description / Comment :

  • Valid LPN / LVN license in New York State.
  • Orientation is every other Monday
  • Experience : Minimum of 1 year required.
  • EPIC experience required
  • Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide direct patient care including administering medications monitoring vital signs and assisting with daily living activities.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Assist with procedures and treatments as directed by RN or physician.
  • Educate patients and families about health management and selfcare.
