Pay Rate : Range $2320 to $2400 Weekly Gross pay (Non-taxable travel / housing and M&I stipend available for qualified / eligible travelers)

Shift : 8 Hours; Days, 8.00a - 5.00p
Schedule : 40 hours / week guaranteed, 5 shifts per week, Mon-Fri
Position Requirements :
- Current Physical Therapist experience : 1- 2 years - Required
- Recent / Current Home Health PT experience of at least 1 year within the last1-2 years : Required
Education, License and Certification Requirements :
Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy or Similar - RequiredCurrent State License as Physical Therapist or Compact if applicable - RequiredBLS Certification from AHA or American Red Cross - RequiredJob Description :
Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in their homes as ordered by the attending physician.Observe, record, and report patient reactions, changes, and progress to IDT teamTreats patient to relieve pain, develop or restore function, and maintain maximum performance using physical means, such as, exercise, massage, heat, water, etc.Counsel patient and family on the disease / injury and how to manage in all phases of physical therapy.Instruct patient and family members on proper use of equipment such as wheelchairs, braces, walkers, crutches, canes, and other prosthetic / orthotic devices.Oversee and supervise therapy services of patient provided by PTAs and when appropriate, nurse assistants.Communicate with the PTAs and nurse aides on supervisory visit results.Completes all clinical documentation following agency protocol and Medicare / Federal guidelines.Must meet 30 productivity points per weekTerritories to cover : Loudoun and Fairfax county areaThanks & Regards
