Job Title : Speech Language Pathologist (Full Time)

Location : Milford DE 19963

Pay rate : $38 $41 / hourly

Duration : Full time

Shift : 8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM

Guarantee Hours : 30

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Assess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans and provide therapy services.
  • Educate patients families and caregivers on therapy techniques.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and advocate for patients needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and promote prevention and wellness.

Requirements :

  • Masters degree in SpeechLanguage Pathology (SLP).
  • State licensure and optional certification through ASHA.
  • Strong clinical and communication skills empathy and cultural competence.
  • Commitment to ethical practice and professional standards.
