Job Title : Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location : Milford, DE 19963

Pay Rate : $12 / hr

Duration : 15 weeks contract

Guarantee Hours : 30

Days : Sun, Mon, Thu, Fri, Sat

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding).
  • Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure).
  • Provide mobility assistance, including turning and repositioning bedridden patients.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe patient environment.
  • Transport patients within the facility as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Follow care plans and report changes in patients' conditions to nurses.

Requirements :

  • Active CNA certification in the state of Delaware (or compact eligibility).
  • Minimum 1 year of recent CNA experience.
  • Prior experience in a long-term care, rehab, or hospital setting (preferred).
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification (required).
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
