Key Responsibilities : < / b>< / p>

• Leadership & Supervision : < / b> Lead mentor and manage the nursing staff including recruitment training performance evaluation and professional development.< / li>
• Policy Development & Implementation : < / b> Develop and enforce nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and promote best practices in patient care.< / li>
• Quality Assurance : < / b> Oversee patient care activities to ensure that care standards are met and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.< / li>
• Budget Management : < / b> Manage the nursing departments budget ensuring the effective allocation of resources while maintaining fiscal responsibility.< / li> < / ul>

  Qualifications : < / b>< / p>

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.< / li>
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.< / li>
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and nursing best practices.< / li>
  • Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.< / li>
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.< / li>
