We are seeking a [Nuclear Med tech] for a travel / contract position in NY. Accepting both local and traveler candidates.
Location : Hamilton, NY 13346
Pay Rate : $80 / hr
Duration : 08 weeks contract
Shift : 8hr Day; Monday Friday, 7 : 30 AM 4 : 00 PM
No Nights, No Weekends
Guarantee Hours : 40
Your pay is based on whether you are in a local or travel position. A travel position is defined as residing more than 50 miles from the facility."
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform all duties related to Nuclear Medicine imaging
- Specialize in Cardiac Nuclear Medicine studies , NM Bone scans , Gastric Emptying studies , and Thyroid scans
- Ensure accurate documentation and patient safety
- Actively participate in the Radiation Safety Committee
- Conduct equipment quality assurance (QA) checks
Requirements :
License : New York State Nuclear Medicine License (Required)
Experience : 1 years (Required)
Skills : Ability to work independently in a one-person department
