Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong nursing foundation and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Evaluate patient needs through observation, interview, and review of medical records and clinical data.
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Provide high-quality patient care by demonstrating competency in various therapeutic and diagnostic interventions.
- Promote patient safety and advocate for their rights and well-being.
- Collaborate with patients and families to provide education and support.
- Strive to understand what is most important to each patient and engage them in all aspects of care.
- Maintain accurate and efficient use of time, personnel, equipment, and supplies.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in nursing preferred.
- Demonstrate specific nursing skills and knowledge base.
Schedule and Flexibility
- Floating may be required to any CommonSpirit location within sixty miles of the original assignment location or CommonSpirit-identified 'float zone'.
- Float assignments may include duties outside of original assignment job requirements in accordance with CommonSpirit policy.
