Job Details
Provide quality patient care to all patients within the medical imaging department.
Perform high quality images and exams on patients while maintaining sensitivity to patient needs.
Assist physicians in performing a variety of highly specialized Cardiovascular procedures including diagnostic and interventional catheterization, pacemaker / defibrillator implantation, intra-aortic balloon pump operation (IABP), and electrophysiology studies.
Maintain safe radiation practices and reduce exposure to as low as reasonably achievable (ALARA).
Communicate effectively with all physicians, imaging personnel, students, and hospital staff.
Job Requirements
One year imaging experience, strongly preferred.
Experience in invasive cardiovascular technology, preferred.
