Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Clinician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interview, and review of medical records and clinical data.
You will develop and implement patient plans of care and observe outcomes in accordance with nursing standards and in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Promote and advocate for the health and safety and rights of each patient
- Provide relationship-based care that respects patients' preferences, values, and needs
- Effectively manage time, personnel, equipment, and supplies to deliver high-quality patient care
As a skilled healthcare professional, you will demonstrate competency in various therapeutic/diagnostic interventions, including IV administration, wound care, medication management, catheterization, and specimen collection.
