Job Title: Traffic Supervisor

Summary:
Lead and manage the Traffic Department, ensuring efficient, safe operations and adherence to company policies. Oversee employee performance, safety, and collaboration with other departments.

Essential Duties:

• Supervise and train Traffic employees; ensure safety and efficiency.
• Assign tasks, evaluate performance, and manage disciplinary actions.
• Achieve operational targets and maintain product protection.
• Communicate expectations and updates; build interdepartmental relationships.
• Complete reports accurately and timely; uphold safety procedures.
• Conduct accident investigations and lead safety meetings.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (some college or equivalent experience preferred).
• Prior experience in traffic, shipping, or management required.
• Proficiency in English; bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Physical Demands:

• Lift up to 50 pounds frequently; over 100 pounds occasionally.
• Requires good visual acuity and focus adjustment.

Work Environment:

• Exposure to moving mechanical parts, various temperatures, and conditions (cold, wet, hot, humid).

Normal Work Schedule:

• Variable hours and days based on departmental needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $79,200.00 - $80,884.00 per year

Experience:

• Driving: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
