As our Tax Senior, you will support the corporate office Accounting department by preparing book / tax differences to be reported on the federal consolidated income tax return, reviewing and preparing federal and state tax returns, responding to federal and state income tax notices, and assisting with the preparation of the income tax provision.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and review the income tax provision calculations by legal entity Prepare and Review Schedules Ms
- Prepare and review taxable income calculations by legal entity and ensure the information is included in the Income Tax Software correctly, including the consolidating eliminations
- Review and prepare Federal and State Taxable Income Calculations as well as the corresponding Income Tax Returns
- Assist with review and preparation of Foreign Income Tax Provision and Foreign Income Tax Returns
- Perform income tax research and analysis as needed and communicate and implement findings to various internal and external stakeholders
- Work with other organizations within the company explaining tax laws
- Responsible for maintaining and managing the tax depreciation software and reviewing outputs from the tax depreciation software
- Perform other duties as requested by leadership
