Job Summary :
Centuria has an immediate need for a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist to provide financial, administrative, and clerical support to the organization. This position performs the full life cycle accounts payable process from invoice data capture through payment processing, posting, and filing. Cross training with other department functions will be required. Must report to office at least once a week.
Job Responsibilities :
- Process all vendor invoices and payments using Deltek Costpoint accounting software
- Obtain required approvals from management and project management team
- Maintain detailed records and electronic filing systems
- Setup and maintain vendor records
- Respond to vendor inquiries
- Support general ledger entries and perform reconciliations as needed
- Review, process, and troubleshoot Expense Reports
- Reconcile corporate credit card expenses
- Process annual 1099 IRS reporting
- Research, analyze, and resolve payment and vendor issues
- Generate weekly and monthly reports
- Perform ad hoc research and analyses as requested by management
- Perform other duties as assigned

Education Requirements :
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
Years of Experience Requirement :
5 years of relevant experience
