Job Responsibilities:
•Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects.
•Lead and guide the work of technical staff.
•Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
• Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. •Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
•Act as the single point of contact between the Government and Contractor personnel assigned to support this contract. Coordinate with the Contracting Officer’s Representative(s) (COR(s)) to clarify contract requirements.
•Act as the single point of contact between Centuria HQ and Contractor personnel.
•Maintain the currency of contract employees by providing initial and refresher training as required to meet the PWS requirements.
•Ensure timeliness of time sheet entry and submissions, Centuria training and initiatives, and provide input in support of internal Centuria Business Development efforts.
•Integrate and coordinate all activities needed to satisfy the requirement. Manage the timeliness, completeness, and quality of problem identification, and resolution, as applicable. Provide corrective action plans, proposal submittals, timely identification of issues, and effective management of subcontractors.
•Seek to ensure customer satisfaction and professional and ethical behavior of all Contractor personnel.
•Ensure contract personnel do not perform inherently Governmental activities or work outside what is described within the PWS.
•Coordinate and support on-boarding of new employees (access, badging, training, etc.) and off-boarding employees.
•Conduct and maintain a baseline inventory of all GFP and annually thereafter. Upload the report to the GFP module within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE).
•Management of all requirements within the contract PWS to include timely and accurate deliverables, adherence to the services thresholds of the PWS, and incident response requirements.
Job Requirements:
•Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations and maintenance of a 24x7x365 facility, contractor support, managing and safeguarding COMSEC equipment and material, or a similar field.
•Knowledge of the space surveillance network and satellite catalog is desirable.
•Knowledge of electrostatic discharge practices, TMDE calibration processes, and maintenance safety protocols.
• Familiarity with classified information handling and security management processes.
